Protein Pancakes

Bon matin! Sunday morning, sun is shining! I decided to try out this recipe that I learned from blogilates, Protein Pancakes. These are probably the easiest things I've ever made, and they're actually delicious! I hate traditional pancakes. They are so thick and filling. These are good for literally any time of the day. So, let's get started!

What you will need:

1 banana
2 eggs
Bowl
Whisk
(You can add protein powder to this for extra protein. I just like these because they taste good )

Step 1:

Chop up banana and crack both eggs (whites and yolk) into bowl.

Step 2:

Whisk together the two ingredients. Make sure you are smooshing the bananas! It's okay if it ends up being a bit chucky, but try to get it at smooth as possible (it'll be easier to cook).

Step 4:

Grease pan of your choice. Set to a medium low heat. I used a spoon to put these on there, making them small and bite sized. You can use whatever you want to get them onto the pan. Then wait a few seconds and flip! They don't take much time at all to cook!

Step 5:

Place onto plate and enjoy! Using a spoon, I made about 20 mini pancakes and it filled me up. You don't need syrup! These are sweet and delicious without it, I promise (: This is about 248 calories and 14g of protein!

I hope you liked this! It's not my recipe, of course. I can't cook, at all, but these are easy peasy!!

Bon appetit, mes cheres!
