Bedtime Routine

I always feel that when I have a set bedtime routine, I am more likely to follow it, thus practicing good skin care and sleep methods! Here's what I do before I get into bed:

1. I'm a morning showerer, so I hop into some cozy pjs right away! These are my favorite ^__^ 

2. I wash my face and brush my teeth! These are the products that I use. 

1.Colgate Total toothpaste
2. Mary Kay eye makeup remover
3. Aveeno Clear Complexion face wash with my Mary Kay face washer thing
4. LUSH Herbalism face scrub 
5. Mary Kay even skin tone roller
6. PONDS moisturizer for even skin and dark spots. 


This stuff smells awful, but it seems to be doing the job! I don't know if I would recommend this yet. I will keep you posted. 

I have the worst dark spots from acne scars on my face. This product has REALLY worked! I totally recommend it. It is a bit pricey though. I struggle with dark spots, so I think it is worth the investment. 

3. I make some tea and I pick out a book. It is really good to wind down and get away from electronics about an hour before bed. I am terrible at this, haha but a good book is very helpful! I am just starting this book right now! I will let you know what I think (:

And that's pretty much it! I guess I also put in my mouth guard and brush my hair a bit, but that's all (: I hope this was helpful!
